Just who do you think you are?!
A very practical question.
Because who you think you are comes through in *everything* you do and have.
It’s as effective as, ‘time is an illusion’.
We *know* it, but it’s not embodied. It’s not wired into our cells and tissues and nervous system. The knowing isn’t lived out in our actions.
It’s a comforting idea that we try on, and then forget.
While we continue to struggle with our ideas about ourselves—
We want to show up more fully for others.
We want to be generous and loving and capable of supporting.
Instead of being so reactive.
Perpetually pushing ourselves too hard.
Checking out because we ‘have to’.
And it seems SO HARD because we make it SO HARD by holding onto our ideas about who we are.
Which feeds our actions + behaviours + opinions, and creates our lived experience.
So how do we wire in the truth of not being our thoughts + emotions?
We have to work with the subconscious mind.
We have to unravel what’s in the way.
We have to unform our foundation to let what’s true take hold.
It’s not hard, but it’s a whole perspective shift.
